Therapy should feel like a conversation—not a lecture. My approach is all about meeting you where you are, with humor, warmth, and a genuine commitment to your growth. I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported—because real change starts with feeling safe enough to be yourself.

I earned my degree in Counseling Psychology from Alabama A&M University (Go Bulldogs! 🐶) and have experience working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, or just trying to figure out your next step, I’m here to help. My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and infused with strategies that are both practical and transformative—because therapy should be something you can use, not just talk about.

I integrate a mix of evidence-based practices, mindfulness techniques, and real-world strategies to help clients feel more in control of their emotions, choices, and futures. My goal is to empower you to work through life’s challenges with confidence, self-awareness, and a little bit of humor when needed.

When I’m not in session, you can find me spending time with my family and both of my four-legged fur children, learning how to make floral arrangements, and participating in community outreach. I believe in the power of connection—whether it’s through therapy, creative expression, or giving back to the community.

If you’re looking for a therapist who keeps it real, challenges you to grow, and creates a space where you can show up fully as yourself, I’d love to connect.
