I believe in the natural ability we all have to overcome adversity. My goal is to empower you in identifying your strengths and developing additional tools that allow you to experience the fulfillment and success that you seek in your life. As a psychotherapist, I work with clients facing mental health, emotional, and quality of life challenges. I have a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while also applying  psychoanalysis for its strengths with your individualized needs. While depression, anxiety, serious mental illness; behavioral, coping, relational and personal growth are common areas, they are not the only areas of focus.

My diverse experience in the mental health field allows me to focus on your individual needs with evidence based treatment. I have a special focus in trauma recovery as well as training  in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also do extensive work with children and families as a Registered Play Therapist.

It is important to me for you to experience support and comfort in a safe and private setting as you work on your life challenges. My commitment  to my work in providing you with a holistic approach to healing is the guiding force toward successful outcomes in treatment.
