"Courage starts with showing up and allowing yourself to be seen”– Brene Brown. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where you will be supported in healing and feel empowered to be the best version of yourself. I have experience in working with adults, children and adolescents, families and older adults. I have learned that it is most important for all of us to recognize and engage in healing past trauma, so I specialize in providing effective trauma informed care. Along with other modalities, I am trained and proficient Trauma Recovery and Empowerment (TREM) and TF-CBT, Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

I also enjoy working with families where I focus on managing behavior problems within the family unit. My professional mission is to aid others in improving their life experiences. My approach is to build an alliance with you to help you achieve your goals. I feel blessed to help and witness change and transformation in my work every day.

I look forward to working with you. Thank you for reading this and please reach out to my office so that we may get you the appointment you need. Currently I am taking Medicare and self-pay clients, and am in the enrollment process for other providers. “You were chosen to be free” – Galatians 5:13.
