As a former school counselor and law enforcement officer, I have a unique perspective when it comes to mental health therapy and counseling. I have seen firsthand the impact that trauma, stress, anxiety and life’s challenges can have on individuals and their families. My faith-based approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to helping clients tap into their inner strength and resiliency to face their challenging obstacles while empowering them to take control of their lives.

Whether you are struggling with the aftermath of a traumatic event, experiencing anxiety and/or depression, or simply “feeling stuck,” I would like to try and help you. I believe that with the right guidance and through a combination of evidence-based therapeutic and practical approaches, I think you may find the peace, purpose, and fulfillment you are seeking in your life.

Therapy may help you discover or rediscover your potential and allow you to take back your life. Transforming your mental health and outlook may help you break free from limiting beliefs, negative and self-defeating thinking so you can embrace a brighter future. Together, we will explore your unique strengths, develop healthy and effective coping strategies, cultivate a sense of purpose and happiness to get you on a healthy path to your destination.
